No Refund Policy

Titan Locators No Refund Policy

 

Titan Locators NO REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: January 10, 2026


Titan Locators provides digital data inventory, datasets, exports, and related access (“Data Assets”). Because Data Assets are delivered electronically, may be generated in real time, and are made available immediately upon transmission or access, all transactions are final.


  1. No Refunds; No Cancellations
    All fees, payments, and charges are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Once Data Assets are delivered, transmitted, provisioned, or made available for access (including via portal, API, secure link, SFTP, or download), you may not revoke, cancel, or reverse the transaction.
     
  2. No Performance-Based Refunds
    Titan Locators does not offer refunds, credits, price reductions, or charge reversals based on performance or outcomes, including but not limited to: conversion rate, consumer response, contact rate, placement outcomes, approvals/denials, underwriting decisions, revenue, ROI, or any other business result. All results depend on factors outside Titan Locators’ control.
     
  3. Duplicate Replacement Only (Sole Remedy)
    Titan Locators does not issue refunds for duplicate records. The only adjustment Titan Locators may provide is a replacement record, solely for records verified by Titan Locators as a Duplicate Record within the applicable duplicate lookback window.
     

a) Duplicate Claim Window. Duplicate claims must be submitted in writing within five (5) business days of delivery.
b) Duplicate Lookback Window. A “Duplicate Record” is a record materially identical to a record previously delivered to you by Titan Locators within the prior thirty (30) days, unless a different window is stated in a signed Enterprise Agreement.
c) Verification Standard. Titan Locators will determine in its reasonable discretion whether a record qualifies as a Duplicate Record based on available identifiers and Titan Locators’ matching logic.
d) Replacement Remedy. If verified, Titan Locators will provide one (1) replacement record of substantially similar segment/value per verified Duplicate Record.
e) Sole and Exclusive Remedy. Replacement records are your sole and exclusive remedy for duplicates. No refunds, credits, offsets, or additional remedies apply.


4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals for delivered or provisioned Data Assets. Unauthorized chargebacks constitute a material breach of the applicable Terms of Service and/or Enterprise Agreement and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, plus recovery of associated costs.
 

5. Enterprise Agreement Controls
If a signed Enterprise Agreement expressly provides a different written remedy, that remedy controls solely to the extent it conflicts with this No Refund Policy. Otherwise, this No Refund Policy applies.
