Compliance-first lead distribution

Titan Locators provides U.S.-based lead data with documented handling standards, clear delivery specs, and controlled distribution. We support responsible use by qualifying buyers, defining permitted-use terms, and maintaining suppression/opt-out workflows appropriate to the channel and product.

Data provenance

Our apartment-intent leads originate from partner-operated apartment locating web properties and are provided to Titan Locators through an upstream broker relationship. Timothy Malone is the originating broker for these leads and has granted Titan Locators permission to distribute them under a revenue-share agreement.

Permitted use and buyer requirements

To protect consumers, buyers, and the integrity of the data, we distribute leads under defined terms:

Buyer must provide a legitimate business use case and operating domain.
Use must comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and channel requirements.
No prohibited use cases (including unlawful discrimination, harassment, or misuse of personal data).
No resale or re-brokering unless explicitly authorized in writing.

Shared vs exclusive distribution

We offer both shared and exclusive distribution models:

Shared: lead records may be distributed to more than one buyer.
Exclusive: lead records are provided to a single buyer per agreed parameters and availability.
Availability depends on geography, volume, timing, and product terms.

Suppression, opt-out, and data requests

Titan Locators supports reasonable suppression workflows:

Buyer-provided suppression lists can be applied to deliveries when applicable.
We maintain an opt-out / suppression contact pathway for data requests.
Where applicable, we coordinate suppression updates for future distributions.

Data security and access controls

Controlled access: samples and full specifications are provided after qualification.
Standardized delivery: consistent formats and field definitions.
Operational governance: intake, documentation, and delivery controls are maintained by Titan Locators operations.

Benjamin LaRocca serves as the client-facing data broker and primary point of contact for sales and partnerships.
Jennifer LaRocca manages website, documentation, operational workflows, and marketing/fulfillment systems.
